Emilie was born in France, and has studied voice and piano from an early age. She completed her tertiary studies as a student of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, gaining a Bachelor of Music and a Diploma of Opera. It was at the Conservatorium that she performed in productions of Mozarts' "Cosi fan Tutte" and "Le Nozze di Figaro" as well as Brittens' "A Midsummer Night's Dream", studying under Andrew Dalton and Sharolyn Kimmorley. Emilie has been invited to sing with Opera Australia and is a regular principal for Opera Projects productions. She performs regularly with Resonance Concerts and Events and works with "Fusion Vocal Group"as a guest entertainer on board luxury ocean liners. Emilie is also a part of the Australian Global Entertainment team.
In addition to the many performances Emilie gives each year, she runs a private studio through which she teaches vocal technique. The studio has run for eighteen years, with many of Emilie's students progressing to successful music careers. Students of Emilie have graduated to NIDA, WAAPA and AIM. Emilie is also a choral conductor.
